New or Existing Employee Support

PA Provide can support new or existing employees with disabilities to carry out their everyday role. This service can be provided at no cost to the employee or the employer via the Access to Work scheme.

If you are a new or existing employee, we can help you through the Access to Work application process.

Support we can provide

• Dedicated personal assistants who can help you carry out job-related tasks that your disability or sensory impairment prevents you doing independently.
• Mobility instructors who can help you safely learn new routes that relate to your job. This could be a journey from your home to your place of employment, familiarising yourself with a new built environment, or the local area around your workplace.
• Access to Work application support — we can help you apply for and complete your Access to Work application and the renewals that must be submitted every three years.
• Workplace assessments to support your Access to Work claim. These can highlight what assistive technology you may need or changes to your work area, such as more suitable lighting.
